For nearly 30 years, Katrina carried the idea of baking for others with her. Later, sharing her Blueberry Lemon Scones with coworkers—and selling out of Orange Scones at a local holiday vendor event—helped turn a long-held dream into Orlando Scone Co.
Today, she brings care, creativity, and a little joy to the table.
